Welcome to Gadgets Markaz. By visiting our website, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. About Us

Gadgets Markaz (gadgetsmarkaz.com) is an online gadgets and accessories store based in Rawalpindi Saddar, Punjab, Pakistan. We deliver across Pakistan. You can reach us on WhatsApp at +92 313 511 3472 or by email at support@gadgetsmarkaz.com.

2. Products and Descriptions

We try to describe every product, its specifications and its price as accurately as possible. Specifications come from manufacturers and suppliers and may occasionally contain small errors.
Product photos are for illustration. Colour, packaging or accessories may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
Some products are sold as Open Box or Used. When this applies, it is clearly stated in the product name or description. Please read the listing before ordering.
All products are subject to availability. Stock shown on the website may change at any time.

3. Prices

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Prices, discounts and offers can change at any time without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price shown at the time you place it.
If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of a technical or typing error, we may cancel the order and tell you. You will not be charged.

4. Placing an Order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is confirmed when we accept it, which we may do by phone, WhatsApp, email or by dispatching your parcel.
You must give correct and complete details: name, phone number, delivery address and city. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by wrong or incomplete details.
We may contact you to confirm an order before dispatch.
We may cancel or refuse an order if a product is out of stock, a price is wrong, the details cannot be verified, or we suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available across Pakistan. You pay the delivery person in cash when your parcel arrives.
Other payment methods may be offered from time to time. The methods available to you are shown at checkout.
For orders paid in advance, your order is processed after we confirm that the payment has been received.

6. Delivery

Delivery charges, the free delivery limit and estimated delivery times are explained on our Shipping & Delivery page and shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen because of courier issues, weather, public holidays or events beyond our control.

Please be available to receive your parcel at the address you provided, and keep your phone on so the courier can reach you.
Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it looks damaged or opened, tell the courier and contact us immediately on WhatsApp.
If a parcel is repeatedly refused or cannot be delivered because the customer cannot be reached, we may decline future Cash on Delivery orders from that customer.

7. Returns and Refunds

You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it arrives damaged, broken, faulty, wrong or not as described, and we pay the return delivery. We do not accept returns because of a change of mind. The full rules, including how to return an item and how refunds are made, are in our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Your Account

You may need an account to use some features. You must give accurate information and verify your email address.
You are responsible for keeping your password private and for everything done through your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
We may suspend or close an account that is used for fraud, abuse or in breach of these Terms.

9. Coupons, Discounts and Loyalty Points

Coupon codes and promotions are valid only for the period, minimum order and usage limits shown when they are offered.
Unless stated otherwise, one coupon can be used per order, and coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.
Loyalty points have no cash value outside our store. We may change or end offers and the points scheme at any time.
We may cancel any discount obtained through misuse or abuse of our offers.

10. Reviews and Messages

If you post a review or send us a message, it must be honest and must not contain abusive, unlawful or misleading content. We may remove any review that breaks these rules. By posting a review, you allow us to display it on our website.

11. Website Use and Intellectual Property

The website content, including the logo, design, text and images created by us, belongs to Gadgets Markaz. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
You must not misuse the website, attempt to break its security, use automated tools to harvest data, or interfere with how it works.

12. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to keep the website available and accurate, but it is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Gadgets Markaz is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or products bought from us. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of Pakistan.

How we collect and use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Orders are governed by the Terms in force when the order was placed.
